Salad with beetroots, lettuce, rocket
Materials
1 regular lettuce
1 curly lettuce
A little rocket
1 large beetroot
slice
oil
vinegar
salt
Execution
We take a boiled beetroot and cut it into small pieces.
Wash the lettuce and the rocket and cut them into bigger pieces (we can also by hand).
Pour the beets into the salad.
Add salt, vinegar and olive oil.
Finally, we add the slice thriving it with our hand.
Mix and ... ready to serve!
