Salad with broccoli and cauliflower
Materials
Half a broccoli
Half cauliflower
lettuce
10 slices of bacon finely chopped and lightly chopped
1 onion dry, cut into washers
1 ½ cups. Tea parmesan grated
1 small jar of mayonnaise
3 t. Soup vinegar
Execution
Wash the vegetables and, as they are raw, divide the broccoli and cauliflower into small small bouquets.
Mix in a large bowl the little lettuce with lettuce, add bacon, onion and mix.
In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise with parmesan and vinegar and pour the sauce into the vegetables.
Mix all the ingredients together and put them in the refrigerator for about 2 hours until we serve it.
