1 1/2 kg spinach
1/4 cup of milk
1/2 pack of fresh butter
Clean and wash the spinach well and boil it in salted water.
Once it is drained and left in the drip for about an hour.
We take a bit of spinach with our hand, tighten it well so that all the water leaves and chop it.
In a saucepan, let the butter melt in a low heat, add the spinach, stir very well with a wooden spoon, add salt, pepper and finally the milk hot while stirring.
