Penne with Spinach
Half a kilo of fresh, washed and cut spinach
300g Feta cheese
2 dries onions
Salt, oil, little dill
In a saucepan, boil the penne.
In another pot, pour the oil and cook the onions. Then add the spinach and leave to boil for about fifteen minutes.
Once the penne are boiled, strain and pour some oil into the pot.
Once the spinach is boiled, pour the cheese and mix.
Finally, pour the spinach into the penne and mix all the ingredients together.
